About the Award: Drawing on a long-standing tradition in Jesuit education, the Fordham University International Presidential scholarship is offered to support and promote global diversity as well as help you gain an understanding of some of the complexities that stem from our increasingly interconnected and interdependent world.
Type: Undergraduate taught
Eligibility: Students in the top 1% of their class will be considered for a Presidential Scholarship.
Selection Criteria: Excellent academic achievement in high school, test scores and personal characteristics.
Number of Awardees: Awarded to the top twenty admitted students each year. 1-2 of the twenty students receiving the Presidential award each year are international students.
Value of Scholarship: The scholarship is an annual award covering full tuition less one-half of aid received from all other sources. It will be applied toward tuition charges for courses taken as a traditional undergraduate student at Fordham. Presidential awards also cover the average cost of a double room or actual charges, whichever is less (excluding board and fees).
