There are several different scholarships available from the Chinese government that cover living expenses, tuition, and other costs. This is your last opportunity to apply before the following admissions cycle in 2025, with deadlines in July and August of 2024 quickly approaching. To avoid missing out on these incredible opportunities, applicants are advised to quickly gather the required paperwork, obtain pre-admission letters, and finish their online applications. #1. Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) Deadline: July 15 and October 15, 2024 To deepen the academic friendship and mutual understanding between the Chinese and foreign young generations and to build a platform for the international exchanges and cooperation of young talents, the China Scholarship Council (CSC) has established the China Link Scholarship Program for international students and faculty members hoping to engage in academic and research activities in China. Appendix 1 contains the details of the program introduction. Confucius Institutes, independent Confucius Classrooms, selected HSK test centers, foreign educational institutions, Chinese language teacher training programs and Chinese departments at foreign universities, professional associations for Chinese language teaching, and Chinese embassies (consulates) abroad (hereinafter collectively referred to as Recommending Institutions) may recommend outstanding students and in-service Chinese language teachers to further their studies in international Chinese language education and related programs at Chinese universities (hereinafter referred to as Host Institutions).
