The Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree Scholarships, created by the European Commission first for Universities in Europe, are scholarships where a consortium of universities band up together to give you an academic experience of a lifetime. Universities come together to offer you a masters program with some fully-funded scholarships. Basically, 4-6 universities in different countries could be involved in your Masters education. You will learn in 2 different countries before you then earn a joint Masters degree. A joint Masters degree is basically two degrees for one course rather than simply one degree. Worth mentioning is the fact that the scheme has been broadened to include universities in Asia and Africa.
