The Google Travel Grants programme awards grants throughout the year to students publishing research at top-tier Computer Science conferences.

About the Award: For the Google Travel Grants Programme, Google review applications monthly, all year round, therefore you will get Google’s reply four to six weeks from the date of the application. Once approved for a travel grant, the funds will be paid to the applicant’s university and the student may claim expenses using regular university procedures.

To qualify for the Google Travel Grants, interested students will need to be enrolled into a university based in Africa, and must have a paper accepted for presentation in a top-tier computer sciences conference.
