Interested applicants must meet the following criteria to be eligible to apply for the scholarship to study in China: 1. Non-Chinese Citizenship: Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens, in good health, law-abiding, and have no criminal record. They must meet the university’s basic admission requirements for international students. 2. Language Proficiency Requirement for English-taught Programs: Undergraduate: IELTS 6.0, TOEFL 75 or higher, or equivalent proof of English proficiency. Chinese language skills are preferred.
