About this Event
ECOSOCC Connect is the African Union’s digital platform for civil society organisations. It allows organisations to register, manage representative accounts, apply for accreditation, and engage with the 5th Permanent General Assembly process.
Moreover, accredited organisations may take part in AU consultations and ECOSOCC General Assembly sessions. The platform also helps organisations track documents and decisions in one place.
Who Should Attend
This opportunity is intended for eligible civil society organisations and diaspora organisations that meet ECOSOCC requirements.

- African diaspora organisations
- Registered and operating in one or more of the 55 AU member states or in the Diaspora
- Organisation must have been registered and continuously operating for at least 3 years
- At least 50% African ownership and management
- At least 50% of basic resources sourced nationally or from Africa
- Eligibility aligned with Article 9 of the ECOSOCC Statute

- Most recent audit statements (within the last 2 years)
- Proof of membership in National ECOSOCC Chapter
