About the KwaZulu-Natal DSAC Work Integrated Learning Programme 2027:

The KwaZulu-Natal Department of Sport, Arts and Culture has announced new Work Integrated Learning opportunities for students who need practical workplace experience as part of their qualification requirements.

The programme forms part of the department’s efforts to support youth development, skills transfer, and workplace readiness. Through these placements, participants gain hands-on experience within a government environment while completing the practical component required by their institutions.

Work Integrated Learning remains an important pathway for students who have completed the academic portion of their studies but still require experiential training before they can graduate or receive their qualifications.

Successful candidates will be placed in various departmental units and district offices throughout KwaZulu-Natal, where they will work under supervision and gain exposure to real administrative and professional functions.
