  • Applications will not be considered from late-stage startups that have raised significant capital and earn consistent revenue.
  • Applications will not be considered from startups without potential to generate jobs.
  • Applications will not be considered from non-tech-enabled startups.
  • Applications will not be considered from startups without functional prototypes.
  • Applications will not be considered from startups that have been through more than two similar programs in the past 12 months.
