For six (6) months, young Africans can receive paid training on the ins and outs of the oil and gas industry through the Kenyon Oil and Gas Industrial Training Program, which includes monthly stipends.

The Kenyon Undergraduate Industrial Training (IT/SIWES) Program is a paid 6-month internship hosted by Kenyon Oil and Gas International. Now in its 9th session, the program offers students across Africa an opportunity to gain practical experience in the oil and gas industry, alongside expert mentorship, project exposure, and a monthly stipend.
