About the Programme: The Bridge Programme enables fellows by connecting them to the network, skills and resources that will allow them to be globally competitive, business-minded, solution driven, critical-thinkers and most importantly employable. The programme put great emphasis on global peer collaboration, mentoring, networking, career support and internships as the ingredients for success in their leadership, entrepreneurial and intrepreneurial journeys.

Eligibility:Â
This year, The Bridge program seeks to recruit some of the brightest and innovative minds to join her fellowship and network. An ideal TBP applicant should:
- Be a current university student (exceptions are made for outstanding post-secondary school students)
- Have, at least, 2 years left in their tertiary education studies
- Be available to attend a residential Bootcamp in Lagos next summer
- Have demonstrated a keen interest in their personal growth and that of their communities
- Show tendency of leadership, innovation and entrepreneurial thinking

Duration of Programme: An average TBP fellow will spend 2-4 years in the program. The program includes a 4-week intensive summer camp every year.
