ICCROM is accepting applications for its Programme Support Specialist (Roster) 2026. The deadline is 17 June 2026 (11:59 PM CEST Time). This opportunity is open globally and targets qualified consultants who can support programme design, proposal development, donor mapping, partnerships, reporting, and monitoring and evaluation.
Selected applicants will join a roster valid for two years. However, inclusion on the roster does not guarantee engagement. Instead, ICCROM may call on roster members for short-term consultancy assignments as needed.

About this Program
ICCROM is establishing a two-year roster of qualified consultants to provide on-demand programme support services. These services include programme design, proposal development, donor mapping, partnership engagement, reporting, monitoring and evaluation, and related coordination functions.
Consultants on the roster may support both new and existing programmes. In addition, they may contribute to donor engagement, internal coordination, field missions, meetings, and knowledge products.
Program Components Support may include:
- Identifying, designing, and developing new programmes, projects, and funding proposals
- Supporting implementation and delivery of existing programmes and projects
- Conducting background research, donor mapping, and context analysis
- Drafting concept notes, logical frameworks, budgets, presentations, and full project proposals
- Supporting stakeholder consultations, internal coordination, and follow-up actions related to programme development and monitoring and evaluation
- Preparing donor reports, briefing notes, talking points, and visibility materials
- Maintaining pipelines of funding opportunities and tracking proposal submissions and reporting deadlines
- Liaising with governments, institutions, foundations, civil society organisations, and strategic partners as requested
- Contributing to monitoring, data collection, lessons learned exercises, and knowledge products
- Supporting field missions, events, meetings, and partnership initiatives; performing other related tasks as requested
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must hold an advanced university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in International Development, Political Science, International Relations, Economics, Cultural Diplomacy, or a related field.
- A degree in heritage conservation or heritage studies is an asset.
- Applicants should have 1–3 years of experience for junior consultant level or 3–7 years for mid-level consultant level.
- Relevant experience may include programme development, project delivery support, donor relations, partnerships, fundraising, or strategic planning and monitoring and evaluation.
- Experience with the UN system, international organisations, or governmental institutions is an asset.
- Fluency in English, both oral and written, is required.
- Knowledge of French or another official UN language is highly desirable.
