The Audi Environmental Foundation Scholarship, in collaboration with One Young World, supports 10 inspiring young leaders tackling climate change. Selected scholars will attend the One Young World Summit 2026 in Cape Town, South Africa (3–6 November), with exclusive pre-programme access on 2 November.
Which Fields are Eligible?
Relevant work may include:
- Innovative technologies to reduce pollution.
- Promoting climate education and awareness.
- Advocating for climate equity and justice.
- Empowering vulnerable communities against climate impacts.
- Protecting ecosystems (land, marine, biodiversity).

Who can Apply?
Applicants must:
- Be aged 18–30 (applications from older candidates considered if impact is demonstrated).
- Be nationals of any country.
- Be able to fully participate in-person at the Summit (1–7 November 2026).
- Demonstrate:
- Leadership capacity.
- Understanding of local/global climate issues.
- Track record of impactful, innovative solutions.
- Clear evidence of environmental impact and innovation.
How are Candidates Selected?
- Based on merit, leadership potential, innovation, and demonstrated impact in tackling environmental challenges.
- Shortlisted candidates may be invited for interviews.
