Consultants:
- Experienced professionals with 6+ years consulting/advisory/industry experience.
- Prior strategy consulting experience preferred.
- MBA from a top-tier institution preferred but not required.
Project Leaders:
- 12+ years consulting experience, with at least 3 years in team leadership.
- Proven track record managing client engagements and delivering strategic solutions.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
- Postgraduate degree preferred.
How are Candidates Selected?
