About this Program

The Anzisha Coach role supports very young entrepreneurs through one-on-one coaching, business guidance, and practical mentorship. The coach helps participants refine business plans, strengthen financial models, improve marketing strategies, and set measurable goals.

Additionally, the role includes program development and operational delivery. The selected candidate will organize workshops, deliver tailored interventions, connect entrepreneurs to partners and experts, and contribute to research and content.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, entrepreneurship, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an entrepreneur, business consultant, or coach, with a strong understanding of entrepreneurship principles.
  • Proven leadership skills, including emotional intelligence, empathy, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience of working with and developing young people.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, reporting, and assessment.
  • Data-driven decision-making based on measurable goals or KPIs.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Passion for nurturing the entrepreneurial spirit in very young individuals and commitment to the mission of the organization.

Program Components One-on-one coaching and mentorship; support for business plans, financial models, and marketing strategies; workshop facilitation; participant selection support; portfolio monitoring and reporting; partner and expert networking; research support; and representation at events and information sessions.
