The Women in Finance Scholarship is offered by Numerix. It is designed for women enrolled in postgraduate finance programs at accredited universities.

The scholarship focuses on students preparing for careers in capital markets. In particular, it highlights pathways in asset management, risk management, fixed income, and derivatives.

Who can Apply for the Women in Finance Scholarship?

To be eligible for the you must meet the following criteria: 

  • Be enrolled and attending a Master’s or PhD Finance program on a full-time basis.
  • Have commenced post-graduate Finance studies no earlier than January 1, 2026 or no later than February 1, 2027.
  • Have less than 10 years of total work experience.
  • Have less than 5 years of professional experience in the financial field.
  • Be a female citizen of any country enrolled in a post-graduate program in Finance at an accredited university.

What is the Benefit of the Women in Finance Scholarship?

The scholarship award amounts to US$20,000 to help support graduate-level studies in Finance. 50% of the award will be paid directly to the winner and the remaining 50% is paid to the educational institution to directly assist with tuition.

Also, all FINCADians receive two paid days off per calendar year to perform volunteer work.

FINCAD HOPE researches organizations for suitable projects and then matches the needs of talents inside the company to recruit volunteers.
