The Make Our Planet Great Again (MOPGA) 2027 Visiting Fellowship Program for Early Career Researchers is a prestigious French Government-funded fellowship programme that supports outstanding international researchers working on climate and environmental challenges. Who can Apply?
Applicants must:
- Hold a doctoral degree obtained between December 2021 and December 2026.
- Be exclusively of foreign nationality (French nationals are not eligible).
- Apply as part of an international mobility project to France.
- Not be residing or professionally active in France at the time of application.
- Not have previously received a MOPGA fellowship.
How are Applicants Selected?
The selection process consists of two stages:
- Applications are evaluated by scientific experts appointed by the French Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Space.
- A scientific committee makes the final selection of MOPGA fellows.
Projects demonstrating scientific excellence, relevance to programme priorities, and innovative use of advanced technologies receive particular consideration.
