The purpose of this position is to improve service levels and turnaround time in the Building Technology department.

The successful candidate will be supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting.
Duties will include but are not limited to;
- Processing of quotations – new and purchase order alignment (quote to order process);
- Customer relationship managementand SAP workflow and maintenance;
- Assist with the identification of potential video tenders, contact information of potential tenders and maintenance of our online tender platform;
- Assist with Letter of Authority / Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority / Independent Communication Authority of South Africastatus’s update and processing (Certification and standards applications);
- Proof of concept stock administration and delivery;
- Ad-hoc support function to marketing communications department;
- Ad-hoc support function to training and technical support department;
- Passion for the IOT (Internet of things) industry;
- Good communication skills;
- Computer literacy in MS Office packages;
- Attention to detail;
