The Endeavour Women in Tech Scholarship awards up to $10,000 per recipient to outstanding women pursuing STEM degrees at U.S. colleges or universities. The program recognizes exceptional academic performance, technical projects, research, advocacy, and leadership in STEM fields.
Which Fields are Eligible
Applicants must be enrolled in or entering a U.S. college/university in:
- Science
- Technology
- Engineering
- Mathematics

Who Can Apply
Applicants must be:
- Women graduating from high school and entering freshman year in Fall 2026, or
- Current undergraduate or graduate students at a U.S. college/university.
Additional requirements:
- Minimum 3.5 GPA.
- Demonstrated excellence in STEM work, research, advocacy, or leadership.
How Are Scholars Selected
- Based on GPA (minimum 3.5).
- Strength of essay (background, mission, impact goals).
- Evidence of technical projects, research, or STEM advocacy.
- Three recommendation letters (two professional, one personal).
Which Countries are Eligible
- No U.S. citizenship requirement.
- Applicants must be studying at a U.S. college or university.
- International students enrolled in U.S. institutions are eligible.
Where Will the Scholarship Be Taken
- United States (U.S. colleges and universities).
How Many Scholars
- Not fixed; historically 15 recipients across 12 universities since 2022.
What is the Benefit of the Scholarship
