The Venture in Management Program (ViMP) is Nigeria’s premier mini‑MBA experience, organised by Junior Achievement Nigeria. It is an intensive one‑week programme designed to prepare outstanding graduates for leadership roles in business and society. Facilitated by the Lagos Business School, ViMP combines business case studies, ethical leadership training, mentorship, and career development support.
Since 2000, ViMP has produced over 1,000 alumni, many of whom now lead in business, policy, and social impact sectors across Nigeria and beyond.

Who can apply?
Applicants must:
- Be Nigerian graduates aged 18–27.
- Be awaiting NYSC, currently serving, or have completed NYSC within the last six months.
- Be available for the full one‑week programme.
- Be willing to travel at their own cost if selected for physical participation.
How are applicants selected?
Selection follows a three‑phase competitive process:
- Online Application – submit form and required details.
- Virtual Interview – Shortlisted candidates were interviewed via Zoom.
- Onboarding – Successful candidates complete onboarding and pay the commitment fee.

- Nigeria only.
Where will the programme be taken?
- Lagos Business School, Nigeria.
- Top 50 candidates: physical participation.
- Additional 50 candidates: virtual participation.
How Many Awards?
- 100 participants selected annually (50 physical + 50 virtual).
