The Lagos State Public Service Accelerator Program (PSAP) is a flagship leadership and capacity-building initiative of the Lagos State Government, designed for high-potential civil servants on grade levels 12–14. It combines leadership development, digital governance, mentorship, project‑based learning, and knowledge transfer to prepare future public‑sector leaders who can deliver on the T.H.E.M.E.S+ Agenda.
