The Lagos State Public Service Accelerator Program (PSAP) is a flagship leadership and capacity-building initiative of the Lagos State Government, designed for high-potential civil servants on grade levels 12–14. It combines leadership development, digital governance, mentorship, project‑based learning, and knowledge transfer to prepare future public‑sector leaders who can deliver on the T.H.E.M.E.S+ Agenda.

The selection process includes the following:

- Interview – panel assessment on purpose, problem-solving, and alignment with T.H.E.M.E.S+ Agenda.
- Final Cohort Selection – structured journey of learning, mentorship, projects, and pass‑it‑on service.

- Hybrid format: virtual masterclasses + physical sessions in Lagos State.

- Limited slots for selected civil servants on GL 12–14.
