- Commence a full‑time PhD program.
- Provide a research‑focus outline.
- Not be currently or recently funded by AIDAB/AUSAID scholarships.
Priority is given to applicants who:
- Have not already obtained a PhD.
- Have not previously held IPRS, VUIPRS, or OPRS (except for Masters of Research).
