About this Program
The 180 Degrees Consulting Global Leadership Team (GLT) supports the organization’s worldwide operations. Fellows work with a diverse international team and help strengthen the impact of branches across many countries. In addition, they contribute to decision-making, collaboration, and quality assurance across the network.
According to the official information, GLT members may support existing branches, help establish new ones, and improve internal systems and processes. They may also help measure social impact, facilitate collaboration between branches, and contribute to strategic planning.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Be willing to commit approximately 7–10 hours per week for a minimum of 12 months
- Be able to work remotely and collaborate across time zones
- Have a strong interest in social impact
- Show a collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and contribute
- No formal consulting experience is required
