Additional eligibility:
- Must be domiciled in one of the listed eligible countries (derived from the DAC List of ODA Recipients, including Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, Uganda, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, and many others across Africa, Asia, and the Middle East).
- Preference given to applicants with an unconditional offer at the time of scholarship application.
