Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be early- to mid-career professionals committed to improving public health outcomes.
- Be citizens or current residents of Kenya, Ethiopia, Uganda, or Rwanda.
- Typically be between the ages of 25 and 40, though this may vary by cohort.
- Have an academic or professional background in medicine, veterinary science, environmental science, public health, social sciences, policy, or related disciplines relevant to One Health.
- Have at least two years of relevant professional experience or active engagement in health-related work.
- Demonstrate strong English communication skills.
