The MTN ICT Business Skills Training Program, in partnership with Meta, Microsoft, Google, Oracle, Cisco, IBM, KPMG, and Digital Bridge Institute, is a youth development initiative aimed at equipping young Nigerian entrepreneurs (18–35 years) with tech‑enabled business skills. The programme helps microbusiness owners remain competitive in today’s digital economy.
Phase 8 specifically targets female microbusiness owners in six Nigerian states, combining training, mentorship, and grant support.
