- Special Categories: Orphan & Vulnerable Children (OVC), Rural Area Children (RAC), and Special Education Needs (SEN) eligible with 31 points.
- Restrictions: no sponsorship for progression or re‑sponsorship students this cycle due to fiscal constraints.

Who can Apply?

- Financial statement showing no outstanding debts (for re‑sponsorship cases).
