Tell Me About The National Social Security Fund Internship Program:

The National Social Security Fund (NSSF) is offering internship opportunities for the 2024/2025 cycle to empower Kenyan youth with practical experience and on-the-job training for one year. This initiative supports the Governmentโ€™s Youth Initiative to develop a pool of young talent for the Kenyan labour market. Interns will be placed at NSSFโ€™s Head Office and branches countrywide. The program provides a platform for recent graduates to gain valuable work experience and enhance their professional skills.

Who can Apply for the National Social Security Fund Internship Program?

The eligibility criteria is as follows:

  • Must be an unemployed Kenyan youth aged between 20 and 34 years.
  • Must have graduated within the last four (4) years from the closing date of the internship advertisement.
  • Must be in possession of a first degree or diploma certificate from an accredited institution.
  • Must provide a recommendation/reference letter from the institution they graduated from.
  • Must not have undertaken any other internship or been exposed to work experience since graduation.
  • Must be available for the entire internship duration (1 year).

Applicants will be shortlisted based on the outlined eligibility requirements and personal attributes, including:
