The fellowship, which is managed by the World Bank Group, African Development Bank, and key partners, places qualified experts in high-level positions within African governments to assist in reaching the target of powering 300 million people by 2030.

  • Host: Mission 300 Partners (World Bank, AfDB, RF, GEAPP, SEforALL)
  • Placement: 24 months in African government CDMUs (e.g., Energy/Finance Ministries, Presidential offices)
  • Stipend:
    • Year 1: $26,000 (net of tax)
    • Year 2: $28,000 (net of tax)
    • Plus housing allowance based on host country
