Who can Apply for the KPMG East Africa Graduate Recruitment Program?

The eligibility criteria varies according to country. They include:

Kenya:

  • Graduating in 2024 or by August 2025
  • Minimum of Second Class Upper/GPA of 3.0+
  • Minimum B in KCSE with B in English & Math or equivalent IGCSE/American system grading

Rwanda:

  • Graduating in 2024 or 2025
  • Minimum of Second Class Upper/GPA of 3.0 or a cumulative average of 70%+
  • Minimum of B in three principal subjects of Rwanda Advanced Certificate of Education (A2)

Tanzania:

  • Graduating in 2024 or by August 2025
  • Minimum of Second Class Upper/GPA of 3.5+
  • Minimum of Division 2 at O’ Level and B in CSSE, English & Math

Uganda:

  • Graduating in 2024 or by August 2025
  • Minimum of Second Class Upper/CGPA of 4.0+
  • Credits in English & Math and at least 14 points at A-Level

All applicants must have completed course work and project by August 2025 and possess a completion letter from their university.
