The Graduate Training Program (Eko Distribution Training Program-EDTP) is a six-month intensive training program designed to develop a workforce of home-grown talent in Africa. The program includes technical and non-technical training, in-class sessions with internal faculties, fieldwork, visits to substations, and rotations across key departments in the organization. Trainees will have the opportunity to work with team members and familiarize themselves with company values.

Who can Eko Electricity Distribution Company Graduate Trainee Program?
To be eligible for the program, applicants must:
- Have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corporation (NYSC).
- Be a graduate (technical or non-technical).
How are Applicants Selected?
