The Deloitte Graduate Recruitment Refresh (Consulting) is a premier early-career program offered by Deloitte Nigeria (Africa Consulting Services) based in Lagos. It provides exceptional young professionals the chance to launch their careers within a global professional services firm. Trainees work across key business units—such as Strategy, Risk & Transactions Advisory (SR&T) and Technology & Transformation (T&T)—gaining hands-on experience solving complex organizational and technology challenges for diverse clients.

Who can Apply?
- Degree Qualification: Graduated from a recognized University or Polytechnic with a minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) degree or Upper Credit (or its equivalent).
- O-Level Requirements: Minimum of a credit in five (5) O-Level subjects, including Mathematics and English, obtained in one sitting only.
- Age Limit: Maximum of 26 years old as of the date of application.
- Mandatory Service: Must have successfully completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme.
- Aptitude Test History: Must not have written the Deloitte aptitude test previously.
