Who Can Apply
Applicants must:
- Be a national of a sub‑Saharan African country.
- Be officially registered for a Doctoral degree at a university/tertiary institute in sub‑Saharan Africa.

- Have published at least one scientific paper in a peer‑reviewed journal indexed in SCOPUS or Web of Science.
- Demonstrate relevance of research to development in sub‑Saharan Africa.
