Duties and Responsibilities 

As a Human Resources Intern focused on Research and Programme Management, you will join the Staffing, Diversity, and Outreach Section within the Strategic Talent Management Service of the Office of Human Resources. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the coordination and preparation of various programs and projects.
  • Providing support for planning and implementing activities involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Conducting research and analysis on geographical diversity trends and labor markets in underrepresented Member States.
  • Contributing to the development of strategies to increase geographical representation.
  • Monitoring and evaluating programs and projects, tracking and analyzing data.
  • Drafting correspondence and communications related to program activities.
  • Organizing diversity-focused events and initiatives in collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Assisting in creating internal communications and visual materials related to diversity and inclusion efforts.
  • Drafting program summaries and minutes of meetings.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
