Who can Apply For The Capital Normal University Silk Road Scholarships 2024
Interested applicants for the Chinese Government Scholarship-Silk Road Scholarship Program must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Be a citizen of a Belt and Road country (excluding China) and in good health.
- Meet the educational and age requirements:
- For a Bachelor’s degree: Hold a high school diploma and be under 25 years old.
- For a Master’s degree: Hold a Bachelor’s degree and be under 35 years old.
- For a Doctoral degree: Hold a Master’s degree and be under 40 years old.
- Demonstrate language proficiency:
- For Chinese-taught programs: HSK3 score of 180 for Bachelor’s, HSK4 score of 180 for Master’s and Doctoral degrees.
- For English-taught programs: Valid IELTS or TOEFL scores.
- Have an excellent academic record and strong research capabilities.
- Be a new international student or a recent graduate (undergraduate or master’s).
- Not be receiving any other scholarships from the Chinese government or educational institutions in China.
