The WIA Young Leaders Program, launched in partnership with KPMG and Havas, supports and highlights young African women who are actively contributing to building a dynamic, innovative, and inclusive Africa. Since 2021, it has provided training, mentorship, visibility, and networking opportunities to empower women leaders across the continent.

Who can Apply?
Applicants must:
- Be women aged 25–40 (flexibility depending on experience).

- Show commitment to Africa’s development.
- Already be making an impact through professional or entrepreneurial activities.
