About the Erasmus MC Graduate Scholarship 2024
The Erasmus MC Graduate Scholarship is funded by the Erasmus MC Graduate School. It is open to international students who wish to study in the Netherlands. Additionally, it is specifically intended for students from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) who are interested in enrolling in one of the following research master programs at Erasmus MC/Erasmus University Rotterdam:
- Health Sciences;
- Molecular Medicine;
- Neuroscience;
- Infection & Immunity;
- Genomics in Society
There are two scholarship slots available annually.

The deadline for the University of Kent Burnett Scholarship 2024 Program is April 15, 2024.

Scholarship Benefits
The Erasmus MC Graduate Scholarship for 2024 amounts to €15000 to cover living costs and includes a waiver of the non-EEA institutional fee. The grant will be paid in monthly installments. The first month’s payment is €2350 and subsequent monthly payments are €1150. The scholarship lasts for one year and will be renewed for a second year upon successful completion of the first year.
Eligibility Requirements for the Erasmus MC Graduate Scholarship Program 2024
Furthermore, interested applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must have applied/have been admitted to one of the Erasmus MC research master programs;
- Must have good study results and have the motivation to pursue the program
- Must be a high-achieving student according to Erasmus MC standards
- Is unable to finance your study yourself;
- Must have not obtained a diploma at an education institution in the Netherlands;
- Must have never been enrolled as a full-degree student at an educational institution in the Netherlands;
Note that scholarship holders will have to you have to reside in the Netherlands.

Application Process
The application process for the Erasmus MC Graduate Scholarship is as follows:

- First, apply for admission to the research masters program at Erasmus University
- Proceed to apply for the scholarship by sending a letter of motivation, your CV plus grades list, and a budget plan in one PDF to [email protected].
- Additionally, use the following file name: <Student number, Last Name, First Name (name of research master).pdf.
- The budget plan should consist of an overview of all (expected) income and expenses.
- Also, successful applicants will be informed via email no later than the end of May.
