These are the documents required while applying for Skoltech Scholarships in Russia 2024–25:
- Online application (link is given below)
- Motivation letter
- Updated CV (resume)
- Proof of proficiency in English, i.e., TOEFL or IELTS (students may submit an application without this information, but all will be asked to provide it at a later date).
- Copy of transcripts, in English (and original language) of all higher education institutions attended. In the application phase, copies will be sufficient, but official copies must be provided at a later date.
- Optional: results of the Graduate Record Examination (GRE)
Eligibility Criteria for Russian Scholarships:
The following eligibility criteria will be considered for the free scholarships for international students at Skoltech University in Russia.
- A TOEFL or IELTS score is not required if the applicant received a degree at a university where the medium of instruction is English.
- For Master’s programs: a bachelor’s or specialist degree or its equivalent, from an accredited university.
- For doctoral programs: a master’s or specialist degree or its equivalent, from an accredited university.

Application Deadline:
The last date to apply for the Skoltech full scholarships for international students in 2024–25 is July 15, 2024 for the Masters Degree and July 5, 2024 for the Doctoral Degree.
