The Irish government will now offer a two-year post-study visa. This suggests that after earning their master’s degrees, foreign students can now remain for two years. PhD holders, however, are allowed to stay for three years.

This enables international students pursuing their degrees in Italy to stay an additional year. 5,897 international students were in Italy in 2022 on study visas, according to government data.
7. United States of America:
On November 27, the US Embassy changed the procedure for international students applying for visas. Last year, it announced new rules aimed at lowering immigration fraud involving students. It is advised that students who want to apply for F, M, or J student visas make appointments and create profiles using the details from their passports.
