The Young Professionals Bootcamp (YPB) is a 3-day intensive in-residence leadership and enterprise programme designed to equip high-performing young Nigerians with critical skills, mentorship, and networks to drive innovation and economic transformation.
Powered by The Platform Nigeria and The Covenant Nation, YPB has hosted over 7 cohorts and trained more than 1,500 fellows nationwide.

- Corporate Career – Skills for building successful careers in corporate environments.
- Creative Industry – Tools to monetize and scale creative talents (writers, artists, entertainers, marketers, etc.).
- Entrepreneurship – Guidance for validating ideas and growing businesses.

Who can Apply?
Applicants must:
- Be final-year students or graduates.
- Be 20–35 years old by June 2026.
- Be Nigerian citizens.
- Demonstrate passion for solving problems and thriving in chosen fields.
How are Candidates Selected?
- About 300 participants chosen from a national pool.
- Selection based on academic/professional merit, leadership potential, and motivation.

- Onsite (physical, in-residence) bootcamp in Nigeria.
