The Raisina Young Fellows Programme 2027 is open for applications, and the deadline is Monday, November 2, 2026. Policy Center for the New South (PCNS) has reserved two fully funded places for members of its youth community to attend the programme in New Delhi, India.
The fellowship will run from March 11–20, 2027. During the programme, fellows will join global discussions with senior political, business, and academic figures. They will also take part in an induction at the Raisina Dialogue and gain access to ORF’s alumni network.

The Raisina Young Fellows Programme 2027 brings together emerging leaders from around the world. It offers a space for dialogue with senior figures in politics, business, and academia.

Eligibility Criteria
- Be between 28 and 35 years old
- Demonstrate outstanding achievements and proven leadership
- Work in politics, diplomacy, business, media, civil society, or academia
- Be available for the full duration of the programme
- Show capacity and readiness to contribute to international forums
- Be proficient in English
- Be a member of the Policy Center for the New South Youth Community
What Fellows Receive: Comprehensive fellows’ programme; roundtrip economy airfare; accommodation; meals; and in-country transportation.
