About this Scholarship
The NOHA+ programme is a joint Erasmus Mundus master’s degree in International Humanitarian Action. It runs from 2027 to 2029 and carries 120 ECTS.
The programme requires physical mobility. Therefore, students must complete at least two study periods in two countries. At least one of those countries must be an EU Member State or a third country associated to the Programme. Each study period must last at least one academic semester, equal to 30 ECTS.

Eligibility
- Applicants must have a university first cycle degree (Bachelor, EQF level 6) in a discipline relevant to humanitarian action.
- Degree studies must be completed by 15 December 2026 for EMJMD scholarship applicants.
- Applicants must meet the language requirements of their chosen universities: English C1, French C1, or Spanish B2, as applicable.
- Applicants must provide proof of nationality.
- Candidates with multiple nationalities must choose one nationality at the application stage.
- Applicants must provide proof of place of residence using accepted PRADO documents issued within 12 months before the deadline.
- Candidates who have already obtained an EMJMD scholarship or an Erasmus Mundus Master Course/Joint Doctorate scholarship are not eligible for an additional scholarship under the EMJMD action.
- EMJMD scholarship holders cannot receive another EU-funded scholarship for the same EMJMD course for the full study period.
