Applications are now open for the Diya, Fatimilehin & Co. Graduate Trainee Programme 2026. This programme is designed for young Nigerian graduates who want to build a career in real estate practice through structured training, job rotations, and project assignments.


In addition, the programme runs in two stages. It starts with a 6-week training program and then moves into a 6-month immersion program. Trainees who progress through and complete the immersion stage may be retained full-time.

Internship Location: Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria

About the Internship

Diya, Fatimilehin & Co. created this graduate trainee programme to identify, train, and equip young professionals for careers in real estate practice. Therefore, participants gain industry exposure through guided learning and practical assignments.

Moreover, the programme combines classroom sessions with real work experience. Participants also engage in mentorship and collaborative projects across business functions.

Responsibilities

Eligibility Requirements

  • Possess a minimum second-class degree from an accredited university
  • Be not more than 27 years old at the time of application
  • Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program
  • Have no more than 2 years post-NYSC work experience
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Show exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and similar applications
  • Be able to provide evidence of extracurricular, volunteer, and community-building activities

Skills Preferred: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and shared work platforms.
