About the Grant
The Resilience Fund offers unrestricted grants to eligible organisations in Bangladesh, Cambodia, India, and Vietnam. The fund focuses on community-based groups led by women or non-binary leaders.
According to the available information, supported work sits at the intersection of women’s health, safety and economic resilience, community-led climate adaptation, and global value chains. Moreover, selected partners also gain access to the Fund’s Learning Hub.
Funding is flexible, which means organisations can use it for programmatic or organisational needs. Reporting requirements are described as light-touch, and language support is also available.
Eligibility
- Applicants must be women- or non-binary-led, community-based non-governmental organisations.
- The Executive Director or CEO must identify as a woman or non-binary person.
- At least 50% of staff must identify as women or non-binary.
- Organisations must be formally registered and authorized to receive foreign funding.
- Applicants must be based in Bangladesh, Cambodia, India, or Vietnam.
- Annual income must be at least $10,000 USD, using 2024, 2025, or 2026 figures as the baseline.
- Non-profits may request up to 150% of their organisation’s annual revenue, but the total request cannot exceed $50,000.

How to Apply
Applicants should complete the application process through the Resilience Fund application system. Phase 1 applications opened on 18 September 2026 and close on 12 October 2026.
After that, shortlisted organisations may move to Phase 2, which is scheduled for the end of October to mid-November 2026. Final decisions are expected in January 2027.
Before applying, review the eligibility requirements carefully. If selected, organisations may need to complete a short due diligence review, including reference checks, and sign a grant agreement.
