Applicants must:
- Be residing in Australia.
- Hold one of the following visas:
- Temporary Protection Visa (TPV – V785)
- Temporary Humanitarian Stay visa (Subclass 449)
- Temporary Humanitarian Concern visa (Subclass 786)
- Safe Haven Enterprise Visa (SHEV – V790)
- Bridging Visa E (Subclass 050)
- Applied for Permanent Protection visa (Subclass 866)
- Or hold Resolution of Status (RoS – Subclass 851) or permanent humanitarian visas (200–204) for domestic stream.
- Be enrolled full‑time in Semester 1 2027 in an undergraduate degree at La Trobe.
- Not be enrolled in Open Universities Australia, third‑party providers, or online courses.
