The Maritime Trainee Programme, organized by the Norwegian Shipowners’ Association and hosted by BW LNG, is one of Norway’s leading management trainee schemes. Over 18 months, trainees gain hands‑on experience in LNG shipping and floating gas infrastructure, combined with academic modules in Norway, Singapore, and London.

Who Can Apply
Applicants must:
- Be in their 5th year of a Master’s degree or a recent graduate in Marine Technical Operations, Engineering, Maritime Management, or related fields.
- Have prior internship experience in shipping (advantage).
- Demonstrate excellent English proficiency.
- Possess strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
