Conciliation Resources, an independent international peacebuilding organisation, is recruiting a Programme Manager (paternity cover) for its West Africa Programme (WAP). The role provides programmatic, administrative, and analytical support to projects in the tri‑border area of Burkina Faso, Côte d’Ivoire, and Ghana, with strategic partnerships in Nigeria.

  • Interest in youth‑inclusive peace and governance issues.
  • Experience in monitoring, evaluation, and reporting (MEL).
  • Excellent English communication; French highly desirable.
  • Right to live and work in Ghana.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of local languages in tri‑border/northeast Nigeria.
  • Experience in policy analysis or background papers.
  • Familiarity with outcome harvesting/MEL approaches.
