- Digital Inclusion – expanding equitable access to digital technologies, skills, and participation.
- Digital Government – transforming governance and public service delivery through digital innovation.
- Digital Frontiers – pioneering use of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, space tech) with ethical and responsible frameworks.
- Digital Pioneers – youth‑led innovations (ages 25–40, min. 5 years’ experience) driving positive change through creative digital solutions.

Eligible participants include:
- Governments.
