Tell Me About The Role:

The Corporate Brand & Engagement Intern will join L’Oréal USA’s Corporate Affairs & Engagement division in New York City. Reporting to the AVP, Head of US Corporate Brand & Engagement, the intern will actively contribute to brand positioning, storytelling, events, and influencer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Content & Advertising: Draft copy, create content, manage ad assets, track campaigns, and coordinate agency deliverables.
  • Events & Partnerships: Support corporate events, sponsorships, venue research, RSVP management, gifting, and on‑site staffing.
  • Influencer Engagement: Research partners, assist influencer activities, monitor coverage, and compile impact reports.
  • Administrative Support: Coordinate calendars, meetings, budgets, presentations, and digital asset management.

Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate or current student in Communications, Marketing, PR, English, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive problem‑solver.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or social media tools is a plus.
  • Interest in the beauty industry preferred.
