The elea Talent Program (eTP) 2026/2027 is open to motivated university graduates in South Africa. Applications close on June 28, 2026. This two-year program offers early-career professionals the chance to join elea as Associates and gain hands-on experience across the organization.
The South Africa cohort will be based in Johannesburg and will join in January 2027. In addition, participants will receive on-the-job learning, training, coaching, and exposure to global entrepreneurship.

Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be motivated university graduates.
- Applicants should have an above-average Bachelor or Honours degree.
- Applicants must be based in Johannesburg or willing to relocate there.
- Applicants must hold a valid work permit for South Africa.
- Applicants must be proficient in English.
- Leadership experience in academic, professional, or extracurricular settings is preferred.
- Applicants should be willing to travel within Africa and internationally.
- Applicants should be ambitious, highly committed, and team-oriented.
