Who can Apply?

Applicants must:

  • Be 21–35 years old.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent experience.

  • Be based in Ghana, Nigeria, Senegal, or Kenya (or able to travel there for interviews at own cost).
  • Be fully committed for 12 months (training + incubation).
  • Demonstrate entrepreneurial mindset, innovation, problem-solving, and readiness for startup intensity.

How are Candidates Selected?
